Quinoa Breakfast Pudding

Prepare this super healthy breakfast the night prior and you have breakfast ready to go the next morning. A super filling start to your day.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup quinoa flakes or rolled oats
  • ¾ cup lactose free milk
  • 1 tablespoon linseed meal
  • 2 tablespoons rice syrup or maple syrup
  • 5 – 6 strawberries or ¼ cup blueberries

Method

  1. Place the quinoa or oats, milk, linseed meal and syrup in a bowl, stir to combine, cover with cling wrap and fridge overnight
  2. Serve with the fruit in the morning
