Quinoa Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients
- ½ cup quinoa flakes or rolled oats
- ¾ cup lactose free milk
- 1 tablespoon linseed meal
- 2 tablespoons rice syrup or maple syrup
- 5 – 6 strawberries or ¼ cup blueberries
Method
- Place the quinoa or oats, milk, linseed meal and syrup in a bowl, stir to combine, cover with cling wrap and fridge overnight
- Serve with the fruit in the morning
