Green Chicken and Vegetable Curry

Ingredients
- 500g chicken fillets
- 3 teaspoons green curry paste
- ¼ cup water
- 1 ½ cups pumpkin
- 1 ¼ cups green beans
- 1 cup Carnation Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk
- 2 teaspoons cornflour
Method
- Heat pan, add chicken and cook until golden.
- Add green curry paste and toss until chicken is coated.
- Add water and pumpkin, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add beans and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Combine the CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk with the cornflour and add to the dish, bring to the boil stirring, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
