Pear & Raspberry Crumble

Ingredients
- Oil spray
- 4 pears washed cored and cut into 2cm chunks
- 300g raspberries or strawberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup plain wholemeal flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons low fat margarine, melted
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Spray a 19x19cm baking dish with spray. Spread the pears and berries over the base.
- Make crumble by combining the oats, sugar, flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Add the melted margarine and orange juice and combine
- Sprinkle the topping over the fruit and bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
