Carb Free Prawn Noodles
Recipes > Main MealsThis is a super quick low carb meal. You can use any protein: prawns, chicken, beef, lamb or tofu and any vegetable that you desire. A great meal that the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients
- 3 Chicken Stock cubes, crumbled
- Half crushed garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon water
- 200g frozen, cooked prawns [or use chicken, tofu or beef]
- 1 pkt Slendier Noodles or Zucchini or Carrot Noodles
- 1 small carrot, finely chopped
- Half red capsicum, finely diced
- Handful green beans
Method
- If using the Slendier noodles, rinse and run under cold water and set aside.
- In a frypan, cook the carrot and capsicum in the garlic oil. Add the crumbled stock cubes, tablespoon of water, prawns and green beans and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until beans cooked. Add the noodles and cook until warmed through.
- Season with soy sauce and olive oil to taste if desired
