Lamb Biryani

Ingredients
- 750g diced lamb, dice cut in half
- 2 brown onions, thinly sliced
- cooking oil spray
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- 6 cups vegetable stock
- 1 cup frozen green beans
Method
- Combine lamb and onion, spray with oil and heat over medium heat for 2 – 3 minutes or until browned
- Add garlic, ginger, curry powder and cinnamon and stir to combine. Add stock and stir and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low and cook covered for 5 minutes
- Remove from heat and stir in the beans and cauliflower rice. Cover and stand for 5 minutes.
