Lamb Biryani

A terrific, tasty meal the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 750g diced lamb, dice cut in half
  • 2 brown onions, thinly sliced
  • cooking oil spray
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoon curry powder
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 6 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 cup frozen green beans

Method

  1.  Combine lamb and onion, spray with oil and heat over medium heat for 2 – 3 minutes or until browned
  2.  Add garlic, ginger, curry powder and cinnamon and stir to combine. Add stock and stir and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low and cook covered for 5 minutes
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the beans and cauliflower rice. Cover and stand for 5 minutes.
