Low Fat Sausages
Recipes > Main MealsThese low fat, healthy sausages are ready in just minutes. They make a terrific meal served with a side salad or serve of vegetables. Depending on how you shape them you could create a sausage or a mince patty.
Ingredients
- 500g turkey or chicken mince
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup packet breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper and shape into sausages.
- Cook in oil spray or one teaspoon of oil over medium heat, for 10 minutes, turning to cook evenly.
