Quick Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 35g dried pasta spirals
- ½ Lebanese cucumber
- ¼ red capsicum, chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 95g tuna or salmon drained and flaked
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Method
- Cook pasta until just tender
- Cut cucumber into quarters length ways and thinly slice
- Combine all ingredients and serve.
