Low fat Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- ¾ cup plain flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup caster sugar
- ½ cup low fat vanilla yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon oil
Method
- Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa. Add the remaining ingredients and mix
- Spoon batter into a cake tin lined with baking paper and cook at 180°C for 25 minutes. Allow to cool in tin before turning out.
Make into 12 brownies to get:
75 calories, 3g fat & 8g carbs each brownie.
