Low fat Chocolate Brownies

These low fat brownies work out to be just 75 calories each. Lovely for a morning or afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup plain flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup caster sugar
  • ½ cup low fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Method

  1. Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa. Add the remaining ingredients and mix
  2. Spoon batter into a cake tin lined with baking paper and cook at 180°C for 25 minutes. Allow to cool in tin before turning out.

Make into 12 brownies to get:
75 calories, 3g fat & 8g carbs each brownie.
